  1. Oversee and lead the assembly and integration of spacecraft systems and subsystems for Northrop Grumman's space programs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement assembly and integration processes and procedures.
  3. Ensure all assembly and integration activities are performed in accordance with company and industry standards.
  4. Manage and coordinate schedules, resources, and budgets for space assembly and integration projects.
  5. Communicate progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders and provide timely resolutions.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and audits of assembly and integration processes to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Mentor and train team members on best practices for space assembly and integration.
  8. Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest quality of spacecraft systems.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to coordinate and integrate their contributions into spacecraft systems.
  10. Stay updated on industry advancements and technology to drive continuous improvement in space assembly and integration processes.
  11. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations during assembly and integration activities.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
  13. Attend and contribute to project meetings, providing status updates and recommendations.
  14. Proactively resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the assembly and integration process.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Space Assembly And Integration, Including Project Management And Leadership Roles.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Space Systems And Components, Including Launch Vehicles, Satellites, And Ground Support Equipment.

  • Strong Technical And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Complex Problems.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities, With Experience In Coordinating And Leading Multi-Disciplinary Teams.
