  1. Lead and facilitate the implementation of Scrum practices within the software development team.
  2. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize user stories and product backlog items.
  3. Conduct daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team is on track and continuously improving.
  4. Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
  5. Identify and remove any obstacles that may impede the team's progress.
  6. Work closely with the development team to ensure that user stories are properly understood and acceptance criteria are met.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the software product and its requirements.
  8. Conduct testing activities and ensure that all defects are properly reported and tracked.
  9. Collaborate with project managers to plan and coordinate testing efforts within the sprint cycle.
  10. Continuously monitor and report on the progress of the testing process.
  11. Ensure that all testing activities are completed within the designated time frame and meet the required quality standards.
  12. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers to ensure high-quality code.
  13. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
  14. Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  15. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Testing And Quality Assurance.

  • Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Or Professional Scrum Master (Psm) Certification.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Experience Working In A Scrum Team Environment.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Guide Junior Team Members.
