Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for software products.
Conduct thorough testing and analysis of software applications to identify and resolve any defects or issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and consistency.
Create and maintain detailed test plans and reports.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers for improvements.
Utilize various testing tools and techniques to verify software functionality and performance.
Identify potential risks and issues in software development and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new testing methodologies.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on software quality and progress.
Continuously monitor and track quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Train and mentor junior quality engineers on software testing processes and techniques.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that software products meet their requirements.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of software quality standards and guidelines.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Provide support and assistance during software deployments and releases.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or Related Field.
Experience With Software Development Lifecycle And Agile Methodologies.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance And Testing.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Software Quality Assurance And Testing.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Software Issues.
