Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest level of quality for our clients.
Develop and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Create and execute project plans to meet client requirements and deadlines.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues and implementing solutions.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Subcontractors And Construction Workers.
Working Knowledge Of Construction Codes, Regulations, And Safety Standards.
Excellent Communication, Time Management, And Problem-Solving Skills.
