  1. Develop and implement nuclear surety systems for Northrop Grumman's customers.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of current and future nuclear weapons systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions to ensure the safety and security of nuclear weapons systems.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on nuclear surety systems and regulations.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports related to nuclear surety systems.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
  8. Stay current on industry developments and advancements in nuclear surety technology.
  9. Identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities in nuclear weapons systems.
  10. Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  11. Lead and mentor junior engineers in the field of nuclear surety.
  12. Collaborate with government agencies and contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  13. Participate in meetings and conferences to represent Northrop Grumman's capabilities in nuclear surety.
  14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to nuclear surety systems.
  15. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Nuclear Surety Systems Engineering.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Nuclear Surety Regulations, Standards, And Procedures.

  • Experience With Developing And Implementing Nuclear Surety Plans And Procedures.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Other Departments And Agencies.
