Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Microelectronics Manufacturing Process Engineering.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Developing And Optimizing Microelectronics Fabrication Processes.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Process Improvements And Cost-Saving Measures.
