Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Human Resources: A Senior Principal Hr Business Partner At Northrop Grumman Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Progressive Experience In The Field Of Human Resources, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And The Ability To Understand The Business Goals And Objectives Of Northrop Grumman. They Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of The Aerospace And Defense Industry.
Leadership And Management Skills: The Role Of A Senior Principal Hr Business Partner Involves Managing A Team Of Hr Professionals And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. The Candidate Should Have Proven Leadership Skills, The Ability To Mentor And Develop Team Members, And Effectively Manage Resources And Budgets.
