Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field With At Least 10 Years Of Industry Experience In Hardware Configuration Management.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hardware Configuration Management Principles And Processes, Including Experience With Industry Standard Tools Such As Doors, Windchill, And Cmpro.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With Experience Leading A Team Of Hardware Configuration Analysts And Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Understanding Of Hardware Development And Integration Processes, Including Design Review, Testing, And Documentation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
