Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field With At Least 10 Years Of Industry Experience In Hardware Configuration Management.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hardware Configuration Management Principles And Processes, Including Experience With Industry Standard Tools Such As Doors, Windchill, And Cmpro.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With Experience Leading A Team Of Hardware Configuration Analysts And Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Hardware Development And Integration Processes, Including Design Review, Testing, And Documentation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
