Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Artificial Intelligence (Ai) And Radar Software Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Developing Ai And Radar Software For Complex Systems. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ai Algorithms, Machine Learning Techniques, And Radar Signal Processing.

  • Strong Technical Leadership Skills: As A Senior Principal Engineer, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Leadership Skills To Guide And Mentor A Team Of Engineers In The Development Of Ai And Radar Software. They Should Also Have Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Other Departments.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Defense Industry Standards And Processes: Northrop Grumman Is A Major Defense Contractor, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Defense Industry Standards And Processes. This Includes Experience With Military Specifications, Software Development Standards (Such As Do-178B), And Cybersecurity Requirements.

  • Experience With Advanced Technologies: The Senior Principal Ai And Radar Software Engineer Should Have Experience With Advanced Technologies Such As Autonomous Systems, Advanced Sensors, And Cyber Resilient Systems. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Current And Emerging Trends In Ai And Radar Software Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, As The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Customers, Stakeholders, And Team Members. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Be Able To Lead The Team In Solving Complex Engineering Problems.
