Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Organizational Development Or Related Field, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementation And Execution Of Organizational Development Strategies And Initiatives.

  • Strong Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Experience Leading Organizational Change Efforts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
