Develop and implement semiconductor processes for advanced technologies in collaboration with a team of engineers.
Conduct research and analysis to identify new and innovative methods for semiconductor process integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues related to process integration.
Evaluate and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of process specifications and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to semiconductor process integration.
Stay current with industry developments and advancements in semiconductor technology to inform process improvements.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of process integrity.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment necessary for process integration.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
Train and mentor junior engineers on semiconductor process integration techniques and best practices.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies and procedures.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering open communication and teamwork.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Process Integration, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Production Environment.
Extensive Knowledge Of Semiconductor Fabrication Processes, Including Lithography, Etching, Deposition, And Metrology.
Proficiency In Process Simulation Software Such As Tcad And Experience With Statistical Process Control Tools.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Complex Process Issues.
