  1. Implement and enforce security protocols to ensure the safety and security of company facilities and personnel.
  2. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement security plans and procedures.
  4. Monitor security systems and respond to any alarms or incidents.
  5. Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all security-related activities.
  7. Train and educate employees on security policies and procedures.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in security to continuously improve processes and protocols.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks.
  10. Respond to emergency situations and provide support to emergency response teams.
  11. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  12. Communicate any security concerns to management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  13. Manage access control systems and issue security badges to authorized personnel.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors while maintaining a professional and secure environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Security Operations, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Best Practices, Including Physical Security, Personnel Security, And Information Security.

  • Familiarity With Government Regulations And Requirements, Such As Nispom, Fisma, And Itar.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
