  1. Conduct RF testing and troubleshooting to ensure the functionality and quality of our RF systems.
  2. Repair and maintain RF systems, including identifying and resolving technical issues.
  3. Develop and implement test plans and procedures to verify system performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.
  5. Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to suggest and implement improvements to RF systems.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and apply new technologies and methodologies to improve testing and repair processes.
  7. Create and maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and system configurations.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing testing and repairs.
  9. Prioritize and manage workload to meet project deadlines.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on project status and escalate any issues or concerns.
  11. Assist in the development and training of junior engineers and technicians.
  12. Uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing and repair processes.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  15. Adhere to all company and industry regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Rf Testing And Repair.

  • Familiarity With Rf Test Equipment Such As Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, And Signal Generators.

  • Knowledge Of Rf Circuit Design, Troubleshooting, And Repair Techniques.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently As Well As Part Of A Team.
