Design and develop RF test procedures and methodologies to ensure accuracy and efficiency in testing and development processes.
Perform comprehensive RF testing and analysis of components and systems to identify and troubleshoot potential issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for complex RF challenges.
Utilize industry-leading equipment and tools to conduct RF testing and evaluation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in RF technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the company.
Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout all stages of product development.
Communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Lead and participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and other team meetings to share knowledge and contribute to the development of new ideas and solutions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations in all testing and development activities.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new RF components and equipment.
Maintain accurate documentation of all testing and development activities, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in RF testing and development.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Rf Testing And Development.
Proficiency In Using Rf Test Equipment Such As Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, And Signal Generators.
Familiarity With Rf Design And Simulation Software.
Strong Understanding Of Rf Principles And Systems, Including Communication Protocols And Modulation Techniques.
