- Adhere to company and industry standards and regulations in all aspects of RF engineering.
- Collaborate with other engineers and team members to develop innovative solutions and ideas.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in RF engineering.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all RF engineering activities.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and mission.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Rf Engineering, Specifically In Modeling, Simulation, And Analysis.
Proficiency In Simulation Software Such As Matlab, Ansys, And Hfss.
Strong Understanding Of Rf Principles And Systems, Including Antennas, Filters, Amplifiers, And Transceivers.
Demonstrated Ability To Independently Design And Analyze Rf Systems And Troubleshoot Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment.
