  1. Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
  2. Conduct thorough quality inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
  3. Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  4. Utilize statistical analysis and other quality tools to identify trends and improve processes.
  5. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure quality is built into products from the beginning.
  6. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization.
  7. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including reports, procedures, and manuals.
  8. Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures.
  9. Participate in audits and assist with maintaining certification standards.
  10. Communicate and work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in quality control.
  12. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.
  13. Uphold the company's values of integrity, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of the job.
  14. Continuously strive for process improvement and cost reduction through quality initiatives.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Quality Control Processes.

  • Experience With Statistical Analysis And Data-Driven Decision Making.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
