- Lead and manage proposal development efforts for Northrop Grumman, ensuring high quality and timely submission of proposals to potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, business development, and technical teams, to develop competitive and compelling proposals.
- Develop and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met and all necessary resources are allocated.
- Conduct thorough reviews of proposal materials to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal-related communications with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential proposal opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers and industry partners to gather information and insights for proposal development.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the proposal team.
- Continuously improve proposal development processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent Northrop Grumman at industry events and conferences to promote our capabilities and build relationships with potential customers.
- Support other business development activities as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Proposal Management, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Proposal Development Processes And Best Practices.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Proposals Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
