Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Property And Asset Management, Preferably Within A Government Or Defense Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Make Recommendations For Cost Savings And Efficiency Improvements.
Knowledge Of Government Property Regulations And Policies, Including Federal Acquisition Regulation (Far) And Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (Dfars).
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders, Including Clients, Vendors, And Internal Departments.
