  1. Conduct thorough analysis of Northrop Grumman's real estate portfolio and assets.

  3. Monitor and track property and asset performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for action.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to real estate and asset management.

  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all property and asset management activities.
  12. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of property and asset management operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Property And Asset Management, Preferably Within A Government Or Defense Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Make Recommendations For Cost Savings And Efficiency Improvements.

  • Knowledge Of Government Property Regulations And Policies, Including Federal Acquisition Regulation (Far) And Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (Dfars).

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Stakeholders, Including Clients, Vendors, And Internal Departments.
