  1. Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule.
  2. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  3. Lead project teams and provide guidance and direction to team members.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues and implementing solutions.

  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote team cohesion and achieve project goals.
  12. Represent the company and maintain a positive relationship with clients and vendors.
  13. Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in project management methodologies.
  14. Continuously strive for process improvement and efficiency in project management practices.
  15. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Project Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Pmp (Project Management Professional) Certification Is Highly Preferred.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile And Microsoft Project.
