  1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using various planning and scheduling tools.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to identify project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  3. Monitor progress and track schedule adherence to ensure timely completion of projects.
  4. Identify potential schedule risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  5. Generate reports and present schedule updates to project stakeholders.
  6. Communicate with project teams to ensure understanding and alignment on project timelines and deadlines.
  7. Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and other project planning documents.
  8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation for projects.
  9. Conduct schedule analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  10. Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather project information and collaborate on project plans.
  11. Communicate changes and updates to project schedules to all stakeholders.
  12. Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on schedule-related matters.
  13. Maintain a thorough understanding of project requirements and deliverables to accurately plan and schedule projects.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate project processes to identify areas for improvement.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing all job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Project Management, Business Administration, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Planning And Scheduling, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Software Such As Microsoft Project Or Primavera P6.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Forecast And Identify Potential Scheduling Conflicts Or Delays.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Scheduling Information To Stakeholders.
