  1. Create and maintain program cost and schedule baselines to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting of program progress.
  2. Monitor and analyze program financial data to identify areas of risk and opportunity, and provide recommendations for cost and schedule improvements.
  3. Collaborate with program teams to develop and implement cost and schedule management strategies that align with program objectives and budget constraints.
  4. Prepare and present program status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key cost and schedule performance metrics.
  5. Conduct cost and schedule variance analyses and provide explanations for variances to support decision-making and course corrections.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential cost and schedule risks by developing and implementing risk management plans.
  7. Review and analyze subcontractor cost and schedule data to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract requirements.
  8. Support proposal development by providing cost and schedule inputs and participating in cost and schedule reviews.
  9. Develop and maintain program cost and schedule control processes and procedures in accordance with company and industry standards.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on program cost and schedule control, providing guidance and training to program teams and other stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of program cost and schedule control activities with other program management functions.
  12. Continuously monitor and assess program cost and schedule performance to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Cost And Schedule Control, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Cost And Schedule Variances.

  • Knowledge Of Cost Accounting Principles And Practices.

  • Proficiency In Ms Office And Project Management Software, Such As Primavera Or Microsoft Project.
