  1. Monitor and analyze program costs to identify potential cost saving opportunities and ensure efficient use of resources.
  2. Develop and maintain program cost baselines and forecasts to provide accurate financial projections.
  3. Collaborate with program management and other stakeholders to establish and maintain program budgets.
  4. Track and report on actual program costs compared to budgeted costs, identifying and addressing any variances.
  5. Conduct thorough cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction strategies.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations related to program costs.
  7. Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to management and other stakeholders.
  8. Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues related to program costs.
  9. Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of program costs.
  10. Participate in program reviews and audits, providing financial data and analysis as needed.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to program cost control.
  13. Provide guidance and support to junior analysts on program cost control principles and processes.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of cost control procedures.
  15. Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive financial information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Cost Control Or Financial Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software.

  • Strong Understanding Of Government Contracting And Regulations, Including Far And Cas.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Financial Data To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
