  1. Conduct financial analysis and reporting for assigned programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain program budgets and analyze financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  3. Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and providing recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  4. Monitor program expenditures and review financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and cost control.
  6. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with program managers, project teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  7. Participate in program reviews and provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  8. Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal policies related to program financial management.
  9. Proactively identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and cost control to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Train and mentor junior analysts on financial analysis techniques and best practices.
  12. Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Accounting Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Cost Control Or Financial Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Using Cost Tracking And Forecasting Tools Such As Costpoint Or Sap.

  • Knowledge Of Government Contract Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.
