  1. Develop and maintain program cost and schedule baselines in accordance with company and customer requirements.
  2. Monitor and analyze program costs and schedules, identifying potential risks and issues and proactively providing solutions to mitigate them.
  3. Collaborate with program managers and functional teams to develop and maintain program budgets and resource plans.
  4. Conduct variance analysis and report on program cost and schedule performance to stakeholders.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as government regulations, regarding cost and schedule management.
  6. Identify opportunities for cost savings and schedule improvements through data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews of program cost and schedule data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  8. Communicate with customers and external stakeholders on program cost and schedule status and provide timely updates.
  9. Prepare and present program cost and schedule reports and presentations to management and customers.
  10. Mentor and train junior cost and schedule analysts on best practices and processes.
  11. Participate in program planning and proposal development, providing input and analysis on cost and schedule requirements.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in cost and schedule management.
  13. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive program information.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for efficient cost and schedule management.
  15. Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and financial reporting for programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Cost Analysis And Project Scheduling, Preferably In A Government Contracting Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cost Accounting Principles And Cost Estimating Techniques.

  • Proficiency In Using Project Management Software Such As Microsoft Project Or Primavera.

  • Familiarity With Government Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Cost And Schedule Control, Such As Far And Dfar.
