  1. Oversee all business operations for Northrop Grumman's space launch programs.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the success of the programs.
  3. Manage program budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program/Business Operations Management, Preferably In The Space Launch Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Program Management Principles And Experience With Budget Management, Risk Assessment, And Contract Negotiations.

  • Knowledge Of Government Regulations And Policies Related To Space Launch Programs, Including Itar And Far.
