Oversee all business operations for Northrop Grumman's space launch programs.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure the success of the programs.
Manage program budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met.
Analyze and interpret financial data to make informed business decisions.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the programs.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, customers, and team members.
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers.
Lead and mentor a team of program business operations professionals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the programs.
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and procurement, to support program needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as government regulations.
Continuously evaluate and improve program processes and procedures.
Make recommendations for resource allocation and budget adjustments to optimize program performance.
Serve as a point of contact for any program-related inquiries or issues.

Job Qualifications

Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program/Business Operations Management, Preferably In The Space Launch Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Program Management Principles And Experience With Budget Management, Risk Assessment, And Contract Negotiations.
Knowledge Of Government Regulations And Policies Related To Space Launch Programs, Including Itar And Far.
