Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma.
Familiarity With Production Processes And Supply Chain Management, With A Focus On Cost Control And Quality Assurance.
