
Production Planner and Scheduler

- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for production planning, including sales forecasts, inventory levels, and resource availability.
- Monitor production processes and identify potential issues or roadblocks to ensure efficient and effective production flow.
- Make adjustments to production schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand, resource availability, or other factors.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components needed for production.
- Work closely with production managers and team leaders to ensure that production schedules are aligned with production capacity and capabilities.
- Communicate production schedules and any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders, including production teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all production planning activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production documentation and records.
- Participate in regular meetings and discussions with production teams to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies related to production planning and incorporate them into processes and strategies.
- Train and mentor junior production planners and schedulers as needed.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication among team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Production Planning And Scheduling In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Industry.
Working Knowledge Of Erp Systems And Production Planning Software.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
