
Production Planner and Scheduler

- Develop and maintain production schedules for multiple projects, taking into account resource availability, production capacity, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production managers, engineers, and procurement specialists, to ensure alignment and effective communication of production plans.
- Monitor production progress and identify potential delays or issues, proactively developing solutions to mitigate any impact on delivery timelines.
- Utilize production planning software and tools to create and maintain production schedules, including updating and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Communicate production schedules and any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders, including management, suppliers, and customers.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize production efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components for production.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production schedules, progress, and any changes or issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards related to production planning and scheduling.
- Act as a liaison between production teams and other departments, providing support and assistance as needed to ensure successful execution of production plans.
Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Production Planning And Scheduling, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Production Planning And Scheduling Methods And Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Issues And Make Quick Decisions.
