  1. Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution of manufacturing operations.
  2. Oversee the ordering and tracking of materials and supplies needed for production.
  3. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to schedule and identify any potential issues or delays.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, and operations, to resolve any production-related issues.
  5. Implement and maintain production control procedures and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  6. Analyze production data and provide regular reports on production performance to management.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Train and supervise production control staff to ensure they are properly executing their responsibilities.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all production control activities.
  10. Act as a liaison between production control and other departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
  11. Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory, and other related data.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production control and implement them in the company's operations.
  13. Collaborate with senior management to develop and achieve production goals and objectives.
  14. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency in production control processes.
  15. Participate in the hiring and training of new production control team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Production Control Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Manage A Team And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Experience Working With Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
