- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing products to ensure customers have a thorough understanding of their capabilities and how to use them effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate materials and resources.
- Conduct training sessions for customers, both in-person and virtually, to effectively communicate product features and best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to product support and training, providing timely and effective resolution.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in product training and support processes.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including user manuals, videos, and online resources, to support customer training needs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and customer needs to continually improve the training and support programs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of trainers and support staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and skills to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions and training sessions to inform future product enhancements.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of training programs by gathering and analyzing data on customer satisfaction and training outcomes.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration)
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Support Or Training In A Related Industry
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team
Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Training Methods And Techniques
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
