  1. Develop and implement training programs for new and existing products to ensure customers have a thorough understanding of their capabilities and how to use them effectively.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate materials and resources.
  3. Conduct training sessions for customers, both in-person and virtually, to effectively communicate product features and best practices.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to product support and training, providing timely and effective resolution.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in product training and support processes.
  6. Develop and maintain training materials, including user manuals, videos, and online resources, to support customer training needs.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends and customer needs to continually improve the training and support programs.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of trainers and support staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and skills to effectively assist customers.
  9. Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions and training sessions to inform future product enhancements.
  10. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of training programs by gathering and analyzing data on customer satisfaction and training outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration)

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Support Or Training In A Related Industry

  • Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Training Methods And Techniques
