  1. Develop and implement quality control processes for all tools and equipment used in production.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  3. Investigate and address any quality issues or defects in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to processes and products.
  5. Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Train and mentor team members on quality processes and procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies in quality engineering.
  8. Communicate with suppliers to ensure their products meet quality standards and address any issues.
  9. Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions for any quality issues.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Tool Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Quality Systems And Standards Such As Iso 9001, As9100, And Nadcap.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Quality Control Processes For Complex Tools And Manufacturing Processes.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead Root Cause Analysis And Corrective Action Processes.
