  1. Develop and implement quality control procedures for tooling processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Lead the evaluation and selection of new tooling equipment and processes, ensuring they meet quality and reliability requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and manufacturing technicians, to identify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of tooling processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Monitor and analyze data from quality inspections and tests to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track and communicate tooling process performance.
  7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality materials and components are received.
  9. Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues and non-conformances.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in tooling and manufacturing processes and incorporate them into our processes.
  11. Train and mentor team members on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
  12. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Standards And Processes, Such As As9100 And Iso 9001.

  • Experience With The Development And Implementation Of Quality Control Plans And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Quality Improvements.
