Manage and maintain the Windows systems infrastructure for the organization.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows servers and related components.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and uptime.
Implement security measures to protect Windows systems from potential threats.
Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows systems and applications.
Monitor system backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery capabilities.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system efficiency and functionality.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Windows Systems Administration, Including Extensive Knowledge Of Windows Server Operating Systems And Active Directory.
Strong Understanding Of Network Infrastructure And Protocols, Including Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, And Lan/Wan Technologies.
Experience With Virtualization Technologies Such As Vmware, Hyper-V, Or Citrix.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues And Effectively Communicate Solutions To Team Members And Stakeholders.
