Design and implement highly complex and secure Windows systems.
Oversee and manage the maintenance and support of all Windows systems.
Ensure the optimal performance and availability of all Windows systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot any issues or incidents related to Windows systems.
Implement and enforce security measures to protect the integrity of our Windows systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to our Windows systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Windows systems.
Train and mentor junior team members on Windows system administration best practices.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Windows systems.
Lead and manage a team of Windows systems administrators.
Develop and manage project plans for the implementation of new Windows systems.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to Windows systems.
Identify and address any potential risks or vulnerabilities in our Windows systems.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate our Windows systems.

Job Qualifications

Strong Understanding Of Networking Concepts And Protocols, Including Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, And Vpn.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Windows Systems Administration, Including In-Depth Knowledge Of Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, And Virtualization Technologies.
Experience With Scripting And Automation Tools Such As Powershell And Ansible.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Systems Administrators, With Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
