Extensive Experience In Test Program Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Test Programs In The Aerospace And Defense Industry. This Should Include Experience In Defining Test Strategies, Managing Resources, And Overseeing The Execution Of Test Plans.
Strong Technical Background: A Principal Test Program Manager Should Possess A Strong Technical Background In Engineering, Preferably In A Relevant Field Such As Electrical, Mechanical, Or Aerospace Engineering. This Knowledge Is Critical In Understanding And Overseeing The Various Technical Aspects Of Test Programs.
