  1. Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for new and existing products.
  2. Lead a team of test engineers and technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of all testing activities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize testing requirements.
  4. Design and execute test plans and procedures to validate product functionality, performance, and reliability.
  5. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot issues during testing and propose solutions to resolve them.
  7. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into the testing process.
  9. Manage and maintain testing equipment and facilities to ensure proper functionality.
  10. Communicate test progress, issues, and results to project stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Mentor and train junior test engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  13. Continuously improve testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Participate in design reviews to provide input on testability and potential issues.
  15. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure proper testing of components and materials.
  16. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality results within budget.
  17. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track testing progress and identify areas for improvement.
  18. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all testing activities.
  19. Act as a subject matter expert on testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  20. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold its values and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Testing And Verification

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standard Testing Methodologies And Tools

  • Experience With Leading And Managing A Team Of Test Engineers

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Collaborative Environment
