  1. Design and develop test plans and procedures for complex aerospace and defense systems.
  2. Lead and oversee the execution of test activities, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  3. Analyze and interpret test results, identifying potential issues and providing recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all test requirements are met and integrated into the overall project plan.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe and successful testing.
  7. Prepare test reports and documentation, clearly communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  8. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and support.
  9. Manage and maintain test equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and in proper working condition.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve test processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability and reliability of systems.
  12. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary components and materials for testing.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  14. Communicate and coordinate with project managers to ensure testing milestones are met within budget and on schedule.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the test engineering team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Software Or Systems Testing.

  • At Least 8 Years Of Experience In Software Or Systems Testing, With 3+ Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes, Testing Methodologies, And Quality Assurance Principles.

  • Experience With Testing Tools Such As Selenium, Jmeter, And Jenkins, As Well As Knowledge Of Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Test Engineers.
