Lead the design of cutting-edge systems for a leading defense and aerospace company.
Utilize expertise in developing complex systems to ensure efficient and effective designs.
Manage and oversee a team of talented engineers to ensure project success.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop solutions.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Systems Design, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of System Engineering Principles And Processes, Including Requirements Development, Design Trade-Offs, And Configuration Management.
Experience With Industry Standard Systems Engineering Tools, Such As Doors, Sysml, And Model-Based Systems Engineering.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Information To Stakeholders.
