Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Or Systems Engineering.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Survivability Engineering, Preferably With Experience In The Defense Industry.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Survivability Analysis Tools And Techniques, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Survivability Requirements And Standards.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Survivability Engineering Projects, Including Developing And Implementing Innovative Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
