  1. Develop and implement survivability solutions for advanced military systems.
  2. Lead the design and development of new technologies to enhance the survivability of military platforms.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that survivability solutions are integrated into overall system design.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in survivability technology.
  6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to engineers and other team members.
  7. Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  8. Conduct testing and evaluation of survivability solutions to ensure effectiveness.
  9. Create and maintain detailed documentation of all survivability design and development processes.
  10. Participate in customer meetings and presentations to communicate technical information and progress updates.
  11. Stay informed of customer needs and requirements to ensure that survivability solutions meet their expectations.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  13. Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills in survivability engineering.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize survivability solutions.
  16. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Or Systems Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Survivability Engineering, Preferably With Experience In The Defense Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Survivability Analysis Tools And Techniques, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Survivability Requirements And Standards.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Survivability Engineering Projects, Including Developing And Implementing Innovative Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
