  1. Manage and administer complex subcontracts for various programs and projects within Northrop Grumman.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks and issues.
  4. Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions for subcontracts.
  5. Monitor and track subcontract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.

  13. Participate in supplier performance evaluations and make recommendations for future business partnerships.
  14. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
  15. Represent Northrop Grumman in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Federal Procurement Regulations And Practices, Including Far, Dfars, And Cpsr.

  • Strong Negotiation And Contract Management Skills.

  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Abilities.
