  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure successful subcontracting agreements and efficient supply chain operations.
  2. Negotiate and manage subcontract agreements with suppliers, including pricing, terms and conditions, and delivery timelines.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of procurement processes and regulations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions as needed to maintain quality and on-time delivery.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
  6. Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and process improvement in subcontracting.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all subcontract agreements and related documentation.
  8. Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior supply chain team members to support their professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management Or Subcontract Administration, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Regulations And Laws, Such As The Federal Acquisition Regulation (Far) And Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (Dfars).

  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Managing And Executing Complex Subcontract Agreements, Including Cost And Price Analysis, Risk Management, And Supplier Performance Evaluation.
