  1. Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies and processes that support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
  2. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive process efficiencies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure timely and accurate execution of supply chain plans.
  4. Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities in the supply chain.
  5. Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  6. Develop and maintain supply chain risk management plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
  7. Create and maintain supply chain performance reports and present findings to management.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain operations and reduce costs.
  9. Train and mentor junior supply chain planning team members on best practices and procedures.
  10. Stay up-to-date with supply chain management software and tools to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  11. Manage inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
  12. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain planning and operations.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to support the company's sustainability and environmental goals.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to forecast and plan for future supply chain needs and requirements.
  15. Communicate supply chain planning updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Or Operations Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Supply Chain Planning Tools And Systems, Including Erp Systems, Demand Forecasting Software, And Inventory Management Systems.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Supply Chain Strategies To Optimize Inventory Levels, Reduce Costs, And Improve Overall Supply Chain Performance.
