  1. Lead supply chain planning efforts to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  5. Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks through proactive planning and problem-solving.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  8. Utilize supply chain management tools and systems to track inventory levels, lead times, and order status.
  9. Train and mentor junior supply chain team members to improve overall departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve processes.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.
  12. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure supply chain goals and objectives are met.
  13. Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues or concerns.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ITAR, EAR, and DFAR.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Preferably In A Large-Scale Manufacturing Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Demand Planning, Inventory Management, And Procurement.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Innovative Supply Chain Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.
