  1. Ensure compliance with all supply chain regulations and policies set by the company and government agencies.
  2. Monitor and evaluate supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies in line with company goals and objectives.
  5. Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
  6. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding inventory management and purchasing.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for supply chain processes and ensure they are consistently followed.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  9. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of supply chain processes with business objectives.
  10. Train and mentor junior supply chain team members to ensure a high level of competency in supply chain operations.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the supply chain.
  13. Communicate regularly with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  14. Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to upper management.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on supply chain compliance regulations and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Operations, Compliance, Or Related Field.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Itar, Far, And Dfars.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify And Mitigate Supply Chain Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
