- Lead and oversee the design, analysis, and testing of structural components and systems for aerospace and defense projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the structural integrity and safety of designs.
- Conduct detailed analysis and calculations to evaluate the performance of structural components and systems.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Utilize industry standards and best practices to ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Civil Engineering With A Focus On Structural Engineering.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Structural Engineering, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.
Professional Engineer (Pe) License Or Ability To Obtain One Within 6 Months Of Employment.
Strong Knowledge Of Structural Analysis And Design Software, Such As Ansys, Staad, And Sap2000.
Demonstrated Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Structural Engineers On Large And Complex Projects.
