  1. Develop and maintain software solutions for complex aerospace, electronics, information systems, and technical service projects.
  2. Collaborate with project managers, system engineers, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to project planning and execution.
  3. Design, code, and test software components and applications according to industry best practices and standards.
  4. Troubleshoot and debug software issues, and implement effective solutions.
  5. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality and efficient code.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Mentor and guide junior team members to promote their professional growth and development.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  9. Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to gather feedback and provide updates on project progress.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
  11. Continuously assess and improve software development processes and methodologies.
  12. Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, and deliver software solutions within agreed timelines.
  13. Maintain accurate documentation of software development processes and procedures.
  14. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to software development.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to quality and strive for excellence in all tasks and deliverables.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Senior Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Software Development Methodologies, Tools, And Processes, Including Agile And Devops.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Delivery Of Large-Scale Software Projects, From Design To Implementation And Testing.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Guide A Team Of Software Engineers.
