  7. Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  9. Mentor and develop junior project management staff.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of project management best practices.
  11. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuously strive to exceed expectations.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management.
  14. Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and tools.
  15. Participate in project reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Engineering, Or Project Management.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Control Account/Project Management Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Principles And Practices, Including Earned Value Management And Risk Management.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing Large, Complex Projects With Multiple Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Project Status And Issues To Various Levels Of Management And Stakeholders.
