Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions for aerospace and defense technology projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions.
Lead and mentor junior engineers to ensure successful project delivery and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct thorough analysis and testing of software products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Proficiency In Multiple Programming Languages, Such As Java, C++, And Python.
Strong Understanding Of Software Design Principles, Software Architecture, And Development Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Software Engineers.
