- Develop and optimize electroplating processes for microelectronic devices.
- Utilize a deep understanding of electroplating techniques, materials, and equipment to drive innovation and excellence.

- Identify and troubleshoot issues in electroplating processes to ensure high-quality and efficient production.

- Lead and mentor junior engineers in the development and optimization of electroplating processes.

Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Microelectronics Electroplating Process Engineering, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Electroplating Processes, Including But Not Limited To Copper, Nickel, Gold, And Silver Plating.
Extensive Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Microelectronics Manufacturing And Electroplating Processes.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers, Technicians, And Other Personnel To Meet Project Deadlines And Ensure Successful Outcomes.
