  1. Develop and optimize electroplating processes for microelectronic devices.
  2. Utilize a deep understanding of electroplating techniques, materials, and equipment to drive innovation and excellence.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of electroplating processes.
  4. Identify and troubleshoot issues in electroplating processes to ensure high-quality and efficient production.
  5. Continuously monitor and analyze process data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  7. Stay current on industry developments and advancements in electroplating technology.
  8. Lead and mentor junior engineers in the development and optimization of electroplating processes.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate and qualify new materials and equipment for electroplating processes.
  10. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on progress and address any issues or concerns.
  12. Participate in project planning and decision-making processes.
  13. Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain a positive working relationship with customers and partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Microelectronics Electroplating Process Engineering, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Electroplating Processes, Including But Not Limited To Copper, Nickel, Gold, And Silver Plating.

  • Extensive Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Microelectronics Manufacturing And Electroplating Processes.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers, Technicians, And Other Personnel To Meet Project Deadlines And Ensure Successful Outcomes.
