- Stay compliant with company policies and procedures related to design and engineering processes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Rf/Microwave Ic Design, Preferably In The Defense Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Semiconductors, Rf/Microwave Circuit Design, And Simulation Tools.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Leading A Team Of Engineers In The Design And Development Of Complex Rf/Microwave Ics.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Product Development And Delivery, With Experience In All Phases Of The Design Process From Concept To Production.
